The
Shorthorn boys golf team along with two medalists
played in the Weimar golf tournament held on Monday, Feb. 24th at the Weimar
golf course.Leading the Horn team was Kade Vyvjala 84, Landon Brown 98,
Brandt Vyvjala 104, Rhett Ahrens 101, and Cullen Machac 109. Competeing as
medalists were Dylan Kubala 122 and Jared Krause 120.
The team improved by many strokes from the first tournament as we are waiting
to field our full team soon due to other conflicts. Tournament summary:

The
Lady Horn golfers had a fine second place finish at
the Weimar golf tournament held on Tuesday, Feb. 25th at the Weimar golf course
out of a field of 11 teams. For the second year in a row, Halie
Lewis took first place medalist honors with a score of 84. Hannah
Lewis turned in a fine 94 and Juls Machac improved her score from last week with a 117.
Courtney Whitehead finished out the scoring with a 126.
